The GLA was the SUV variant of Mercedes-Benz’s highly successful NGCC (New Generation Compact Car) range, first launched in Australia in 2013. The NGCC family comprised the A-Class, B-Class, CLA-Class, and the GLA SUV. The range underwent a mid-life update for the 2017 model year, which added valuable new equipment such as standard DAB+ digital radio, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, along with a number of cosmetic and functional improvements.
This 2017-build Mercedes-Benz GLA180 Activity Edition (X156) is one of only 300 examples produced for Australia, making it a particularly desirable and rare variant of the compact SUV range.
