The XC90 has been a hugely successful model series for Volvo, and was the Swedish company's first entrant into the large SUV segment following the success of its smaller XC70/Cross Country wagon-based models. The first generation (the P2) was launched in 2002 and ran right through until 2016 - an unusually long model life in modern times. It was launched to immediate critical acclaim and took out a number of awards in the USA and Europe, and interestingly the acerbic UK motoring critic Jeremy Clarkson has personally owned three P2s - such is his respect for the vehicle's innate practicality and clever design. This stylish 2011 XC90 D5 Executive 7-seater was delivered new by Trivett Volvo Alexandria in August 2011 and is finished in Oyster Grey Pearl with the 'Offblack' perforated leather interior.
