This late 1989 Mercedes-Benz 420SEL V126 series (long wheelbase) S-Class features the very desirable combination of Arctic White (147U) paintwork with a light grey leather interior (268), and has all the original factory literature, service log book, spare keys and manuals from new along with a number of receipts. Delivered new by Mercedes-Benz of Sydney on the 19th of November 1989, it has covered a very low 156,145km supported by an excellent service record from new and presents in excellent original and well-kept condition inside and out. The service history records many years of attentive care. Everything functions as it should, from the ice-cold air-conditioning to the hydraulic self-levelling rear suspension, central locking, electric front seats with memory, electric steering column, sunroof, power windows, and cruise control. Even the factory first-aid kit remains in the parcel shelf where it belongs. The burr walnut timber interior trim is very well-preserved and lustrous, and the leather remains soft and supple. The vehicle still features its factory-fitted 'Gullideckel' 15-inch alloy wheels, which are in excellent condition.
